Mischka met Ginger from next door while he was inside and Ginger was outside. Ginger is a fighter and a biter, so meeting him outside the door wouldn't have been safe for Mischka. There is a new 'Ginger' in the area, this one lives across the road.

I bought Mischka a harness so I could take him for walks outside. Since two recent dog attacks on Mischka, I've gone back to taking him outside on a lead and not letting him go by himself.
